Coming back to Dundee was like a dream. It was great to see again the city center, pinegrove, produce direct, perth road, mcdaniels, istanbul take away, hilltown, the discovery ship, the drank scots, popl nero, guys with kilts, the globe, deja vu night club, the open graveyards on night :-), the seagulls, the tesco (with the organic milk, wow), the green parks and of course the old friends who are still there... So many memories!

In Barcelona again back to life. Today I was sleeping siesta and I thought I had a bad dream, because I open my eyes slightly shaking, and hearing the plates in the kitchen making noise. When later I switched on the tv, they said there have been a small earthquake (check the internet address and practice your Spanish ;-)

On Friday there is a dinner in my home. You are all invited! Do you want to join us? I will be cooking bigos!!!!!!
Nick:emilia Dodano:2004-09-21 02:12:24 Wpis:hi!
i spent my weekend in Riobamba'one of the cities in the Ecuadorian Andes. on Saturday this city transforms in the huge market when Indians are selling just everything! it was more than great to go around, shot pictures and bargain for the fruits i have never eaten in my life such as mamei, chirimoya, babco, tuna or takso. on Sunday with other people which i know here we went for the trip to El Nariz del Diablo, which is a 5 hour ride on the roof of the train, which is going through mountain provinces of Ecuador. this is called one of the most difficult railways in the world, and after this ride i can also confirm this. the train at the highest point of its journey reaches the heigh of 3064 m !!!
but how do you say that? no risk no fun? sitting on the roof of the train with 600 or 700 meter below you down the rocky wall is something i will for sure nor forget. greetings from still full of adrealine'emilia, who is sitting in an internet cafe and can´t go out because they play very good blues music here....
Nick:Barbara Dodano:2004-09-20 16:22:13 Wpis:Heyyyy!
Why is it so silent here? Are you people alive?
I am still writing to you from Zagreb. On the weekend we were on a trip to Istria - the western-northern part of Croatia. I spend almost the whole sunday lying on the beach, swimming in a perfectly transparent water and sunbathing of course :)
And what about you?
Nick:Barbara Dodano:2004-09-14 19:18:12 Wpis:Hello! I am writing to you from Zagreb. I am here on the BEST summer course. Now we are preparing for the international evening, so I have some time to use internet :P Well - I am that good (or bad) cook...
Its only the second day so its hard to say how it will be. Up till now - GREAT!
Hugs and kisses to all of you!!!!!
Nick:emilia Dodano:2004-09-01 00:27:38 Wpis:hola chicos and chicas!
yes, it is me. directly from Ecuador- the country of salsa, volcanoes & bananas :-) sorry for not giving news earlier but i have here poor access to internet and if i go to internet cafe i always manged to write long emails to my family..but anyhow, i promise to write more becuase tomorrow i will get my payment :-P what{s going on here? generally i am working during the weeks, partying in the evenings and visiting this incredible country during the weekends. in my company nobody speaks English, so tengo que siempre practicar mi espanol :-) peple very are extremely nice and funny so i am having a good time. apart from fe internships here having 14 other people from such countries like Mexico, Brazil, France, Irland, Spain (by the way from Barcelona and Valencia :-), Poland and Croatia. almost every second day there is a party in the hostel or we are going out and enjoying the nightlife in Quito. on the next party we are going to prepare mad dogs:-)
as for visiting i have already been to Pacific Ocean, Banos -a city which is placed at the feet of the volcano, the north part of the country. just today in the morning i came back from Cuenca, which is assumed to be the most beautiful colonial city in Ecuador. of course, i went for the trip to the nearest mountains there :-) it reminded me of Scotland a lot, becuase apart from 3000-4000 m hihh mountains in this area there are also smething like 235 lakes :-)
i have enough of bananas. here there are four types of them:yellow, small yellow, green and red and people prepare them in every possible way-fried, cooked, sweet, pikante as chips as addition to the soup etc.
i hpe you re having a good time wherever you are now.
besos y abrazos to all of you :-)
emila
Nick:Dani Dodano:2004-08-21 16:13:15 Wpis:Hi, greetings from bonnie Dundee ;-)

How is everything around the world? Hows like in Barcelona? hehe. In Dundee, during the last few days, the sun has been shining, although the first days here were terrible rainy.

Its great to be around here again :-)

Ah, Nacho has a flatmate who is a Barbara's clon. She has _exactly_ the same body, she is also very cute with angelic face :-), has the same voice, wears the same style of clothing, speaks Spanish and also like sometimes being piripi. Only differences: she is German and blond :-)

By the way, if you have any problems with your Tesco Clubcard, ask Magda :-D
Nick:Barbara Dodano:2004-08-11 22:32:25 Wpis:Hello :)
Sorry for such a long silence. I am very busy recently. In my company we are doing a big project and the deadline is approaching really fast! I stayed at work for 9-10 h a day and... finally I got ill. Now I wil rest till Monday if only I get rid of fever :D
And what is happening here, in Poland? Now I am watching the football match between RealMadrit and WislaKrakow (Polish League Winner). Unfortunately it is 1:0 since the 79th minute :(
Last weekend I have spent in Slovakia. I visited my parents who spent holidays there. We made two nice hikes - on Saturday in Slovak Paradise and on Sunday in High Tatras. It was beautiful!!!
If I get cured quickly, I will spend the next weekend at the sea-side. Hope that the weather will remain like it is now - the air 30 degrees and water 22.
Oups.... it's already 2:0... I'd better stop writing!
Nick:Dani Dodano:2004-08-04 16:43:39 Wpis:Gossips from Hospitalet... My psychologist says I am in the middle of a palingenesia crisis. Whatever it means, I don't know. What is worse, I don't have money for a psychologist, so I am that psychologist X-D

Two weekends ago I went to the French Pyrenees with Sandra and I really enjoyed to have some fresh air. And in six days I am coming back to Dundee, to see some old friends...

Nick:Justynka Dodano:2004-08-02 11:16:59 Wpis::) Hola Gossipers who are almost not gossiping :)
Well we are saying here till the end of August (at 29 of August we have the bus to Poland) and that I'm going to visit beautiful city Bratislava for aproximately 10 days :)
